Photography fee table (basic fee from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays)

Still photography

The prices for still photography for magazines, product catalogs, product advertisements, posters, fashion photography, etc. are as follows.

The above amount is the basic fee.
Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of campground use and noise levels.

Even for short-duration shoots, the "within 4 hours" rate will apply.
This includes setup and teardown time.

※ If the number of staff (including performers) is 30 or fewer, there are no special restrictions. (For larger groups, please consult with us in advance.)
★ If arriving by car, a parking fee of 1,000 yen per vehicle will be added.

Video Shooting

The prices for still photography for magazines, product catalogs, product advertisements, posters, fashion photography, etc. are as follows.

The above amount is the basic fee.
Additional charges may apply depending on the scope of use of the campsite and noise levels.

Even for short filming sessions, the "within 4 hours" fee applies.
This includes the time for setup and breakdown.

If the number of staff (including performers) is 30 or fewer, no specification is required. (If more than 30, please consult us.)
★ For cars, an additional "parking fee of 1,000 yen per vehicle" will apply.

For use outside of weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00, an additional fee will apply.
※ For shoots starting before 10:00, a two-day reservation is required (as we will need to block off the previous night's stay).

There is a possibility that we may not be able to accommodate your request, so please be sure to consult with us in advance.
In addition to the above time slots, the filming fee will also be subject to additional charges during peak times (excluding extension fees).

Cancellation of Filming After Approval

Cancellation of filming after approval will incur a cancellation fee.

Please be advised in advance.

50% if canceled by 17:00 two business days before.
100% if canceled after 17:00 one business day before.

Filming Guidelines

・As a general rule, filming hours are limited to weekdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including setup and teardown time).

・Filming outside the basic time slot will incur additional charges, including weekends and public holidays.

・A cancellation fee will apply if filming is canceled after approval.

・One on-site staff member will be assigned within the specified fee. Please follow the instructions of the staff.

・Depending on the scale of the shoot, security personnel may be required. In such cases, the client is responsible for arranging security staff and submitting a security placement plan in advance.

・For film and TV productions, please credit “Filming Cooperation: Star Forest Camp Hayama” wherever possible.

・Filming fees must be paid within two weeks after approval.

・Other Information

(1) Please take all waste with you when you leave. If the waste is disposed of by us, even a small amount will incur a fee.
(2) If any damage or contamination occurs to the facility or equipment, you will be required to restore it to its original condition or compensate for the damage.
(3) Please conduct setup and teardown within the approved time frame. If you exceed this time, an additional charge will apply in hourly increments. However, depending on the conditions of the filming location, we may not be able to accept extensions.
